Returns Policy

For any reason if on receipt of your order, you do not like the colour or the quality of the yarn they can be returned to Yeoman Yarns Ltd within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order (UK and International orders). 

We would however appreciate it if you could please call Yeoman Yarns in advance of returning the goods to discuss the reason for the return on +44 (0)116 240 4464 or email us at sales@yeomanyarns.co.uk.

Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

Any returns made after 14 working days will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received. Yeoman Yarns Ltd will not accept returns of any items that have been opened and used. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

Yeoman Yarns Ltd is not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.

For orders outside of the EU, Yeoman Yarns cannot refund any sales tax or customs duties payable.

Overseas Returns

To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. Yeoman Yarns Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

If you would like to exchange your item, please state which items you would like to exchange for, and why.

If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the original value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the original value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.  

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Yeoman Yarns’s discretion.
